I am so glad to have found this company. I tried their services and I’m proud to say that I made the right choice. I have had this Oriental rug for a long time and it was my favorite. I actually had it before I even had my own home. I knew how demanding the rug can be. My busy schedule kept me from the house most of the time, and even when I’m home, I’m always out working. My silk and wool rug was returned yesterday and I was extremely pleased. It hadn’t been cleaned in over 10 years and had red wine stains on it. It is completely stain-free and looks and feels like a new rug! The guys delivering it were SUPER nice – even after 5 p.m. they carefully laid the new pad and rug and helped me move my coffee table back. I went out of the house just for an hour. Who could imagine what would happen within that short span of time? I walked into the house to see blue paw prints all over, and that included my large area rug. I could not talk for some time because I just couldn’t get over the fact that my precious rug was ruined. I looked for the dog which I just rescued and sure enough, her paws were blue as well as her chest. She found an ink pen and played with it. I gave her a good cleaning and the stains were gone. I was more concerned with the rug; I thought it was already hopeless. But then, I came across this company. At first I had my doubts, but they assured me they’ll do all they can to remove the ink stains. Sure enough, my rug looked like it never got any stain at all.
